By using AllinPlayer, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
AllinPlayer provides educational poker strategy tools including AI hand analysis and equity calculators. This is strictly an educational service. We do not facilitate or promote real-money gambling in any form.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining account security. Each account receives 2 free analyses daily. Purchased credits are valid for 1 year. We do not offer subscriptions or automatic recurring billing.
4. AI Analysis Disclaimer
AI-generated analysis is for educational purposes only. Results may vary and should not be considered professional gambling advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of AI strategy recommendations.
5. Credits & Payments
Credits are sold as one-time purchases. Purchased credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. All sales are final. This is an educational service — payments are for AI processing and platform access, not for gambling.
6. Force Majeure
AllinPlayer is not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including AI provider outages, server failures, natural disasters, government actions, or internet disruptions.
7. Limitation of Liability
AllinPlayer is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.
